  • Preparation -- Understanding the goals and requirements to create a profile of needs that can be communicated to multiple third- party suppliers is essential.

    CSTOMS first understands your requirements thoroughly before looking for the right partner. It is said a Job well Started is half done and we ensure that your outsourcing strategy is in the right track from day one. CSTOMS will assist in the Statement of Work preparation and will also include the goals and expectations of the exercise. In addition to this, performance metrics are carried out so as to ensure that the results are in perfect alignment with the goals in terms of quality and time schedules.

  • Research -- Companies that are more than a 75% match, based on the profile created in the preparation phase, should also be evaluated by an additional independent source to ensure there's a proper and level playing field during the selection phase.

    CSTOMS will conduct a research and a due diligence on the companies that seem to fit and based on the evaluations results, a final list of companies will be drawn up for final negotiations.

  • Interview -- Someone from the hiring firm must visit the site of the contending third-party service providers. This will allow one more quantitative and a qualitative evaluation of the available companies. Once the field is narrowed, contract negotiations, resulting in a signed contract, may begin. Also be sure you have someone who understands the negotiation, clauses and business impact(s) of what is being negotiated.

    CSTOMS will visit each of the short listed firms and will ensure that the basic infrastructure in terms of Manpower, Connectivity, Security and Processes are in place. Stoms will also assist in drawing up the necessary legal contract documents with the required balances and checks in place.
